As Summer ends, I have just a couple of weddings left from the Spring to share and this bright and cheery wedding one is a must see. Jess & Adam’s beach wedding at Grand Plaza had everything from beautiful sunny skies to a tearful Father-daughter first look. And of course St. Pete Beach is one of our favorite places to work. We kick off our Fall wedding season at Grand Plaza in just a few weeks, so what a perfect time to share this on the blog.

Jessica’s blush bridal gown set the tone for the day and I especially loved all the getting-ready moments between her and her family. This was one of the weddings that we immediately added to our website portfolio when it was edited, I’ll forever be in love with those beach bridal photos! 

And let me tell you about a pretty awesome moment… we were doing some fast and out-loud brainstorming and what I should write behind them with a sparkler during this long exposure shot Evan grabbed. One of the guests suggested their last name as more of a joke because “it would be so crazy” but I immediately started writing and boom! Totally puled it off! We showed the back of the camera off and people cheered, like literally made me feel like a rockstar, haha! This wedding party, family, and couple were such a blast and on the day of their wedding I felt so appreciated by them. And it was much needed on a day that I was actually shooting with a fever. We didn’t hesitate to stay later to capture these exit shots and it was so worth it. It truly was a feeling to remember. 

 

Congrats again to the newlyweds, I’m still jealous you went to Bali on your honeymoon!
