Amanda & Matt’s Tampa Garden Club Wedding on November 8th was possibly the best party we’ve ever attended. There were no less than 100 people on the dance floor at any moment and I really want to attend a wedding… badly. Before we even started we new this wedding would be epic; gorgeous bride and groom, an awesome family (we shot Matt’s sister Megan’s wedding in 2012) and a stunning venue located along Bayshore Blvd in Tampa. The teal bridesmaids’ dresses matched the color of the water and the bridal party was hilarious and fun. And Amanda and Matt are about the sweetest most appreciative couple. The day wasn’t without challenges, a little rain before the ceremony had everyone scrambling and with the already late ceremony the sun set during Amanda & Matt’s vows and it was dark for their first kiss and by the time we started portraits. The ceremony ended up being very romantic lit by the chandelier on the custom trellis Amanda’s Dad welded. But we didn’t want all their portraits to be at night. Enter our D750 to save the day. You can’t even tell that the first portraits of the newlyweds are after sunset, they completely match the daylight bridals/groomals we took before the ceremony. And let’s not forget the puns. With a last name like Winn, you’re bound to have a few punny details ;)
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Winn! We had so much fun with you and your families.
