Today I will be shooting alongside of a dear friend of mine at one of her weddings, and then on Saturday we have one of our own couples tying the knot. Both are on the beach so today I’m sharing our last summer wedding at Grand Plaza St. Pete Beach! As soon as we met Michela & Chris we knew we were going to get along great. They have two dogs too and are super funny and just happy people. Michelle & Chris are another one of our couples who both finished law school recently. Their wedding was the last weekend in June on the beach at The Grand Plaza and then in the ballroom for the reception with heir family & friends. I am in love with their color scheme and details. Seersucker suite for the guys, bright and breezy turquoise dresses for the bridesmaids. And Michela’s bouquet was full of bright pink peonies which are my favorite. When I’m carrying a bride’s bouquet during portraits I am always smelling the peonies. Always. I also learned that I love dressing up pineapples in bridal jewelry for photos. Who knew?!
