Oh my word y’all this couple is amazing. When we had our first meeting with Kirstin in downtown St. Pete for gelato I knew I just HAD to be friends with her. I was gonna be devastated if I did not get to shoot this girl’s wedding. She is such a positive force who makes you feel all the warm and fuzzier. Fast forward to their adorable wine picnic engagement session in Hyde Park and we learned that Evan is just as adorable and sweet and Kirstin. We had so much fun becoming friends with these guys leading up to their wedding and it made the wedding day that much more amazing. Kirstin & Evan are the epitome of our brand. A wedding that while it had amazing details was so much more about the amazing people and the commitment they made to each other. They have too many incredible portraits to show them all, and this post is already a huge one. One thing I don’t usually show in a blog post are the reception entrance photos, but sometimes as a wedding photographer we just fall in love with a bridal party or a family and want to remember them. When shooting the wedding party photos I asked everyone to get into a “flying V” everyone loves a Mighty Ducks reference when most of you are children of the 90’s. When I’ve done this at previous weddings I usually get a chuckle. Kirstin & Evan’s bridesmaid and groomsmen started yelling “quack, quack, quack.” it was epic and I just love those guys! I could go on and on but see the wedding story for yourself.

Kirstin & Evan, it’s time to have you guys over for wine soon isn’t it?! Congrats again you guys and cheers to what will surely be at least 60 years of an amazing marriage.
